Between 2003 and 2004, I served as a freelance radio journalist for the US-based Pacifica Network Radio and Free Speech Radio News. Below is a selection of news reports the radio stations aired. For example, report no. 9 listed below was nominated for a US national award in 2004, and it was one of the earliest reports dealing with allegations of abuse by US soldiers against Iraqi detainees and civilians:
